Halloween Candy Crafts

DIY recycled candy wrapper ideas

Candy Wrapper Beads

- Chunky craft beads (wooden preferably)
- Candy wrappers
- Mod podge or other clear-drying glue

  1. Take your candy wrappers and cut them into smaller pieces that would fit wrapped around the beads.

  2. Using a paint brush, coat the bead in glue and carefully wrap the candy wrapper around it, being careful not to cover the hole.

  3.   Allow to dry then give the bead an extra layer of glue to seal the wrapper. Dry and make some cool, sustainable jewelry!

Candy Wrapper Bookmark

-Recycled Cardboard (old cereal box, etc.)
-Candy Wrappers
-Glue
- Clear Packing Tape
- Add tassel, beads or charms (optional)

1. Cut piece of carboard into a rectangle the desired size (I recommend approx. 5”x2”), and coat one side with glue.

2. Place candy wrappers on the cardboard allowing it to dry, then repeat the process on the other side. Dry fully, then use packing tape to seal your bookmark by placing a piece on both sides

3. If you want to add a tassel or another accessory like a charm, glue it under the candy wrappers, or alternatively use a hole punch at top center of the bookmark and tie your accessory to it!
